Services I provide include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
- Data entry for credit and debit card receipts, checks, and other banking related transactions
- Bill payment/check writing through manual checks and/or online bill pay
- Data entry for payroll transactions (in most cases)
- Consulting about Quickbooks products
- Analysis of your business financial work flow with suggestions and recommendations for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Basic Quickbooks training and support
- Preparing your Quickbooks file for your accountant or tax preparer
Services I do not provide are:
- Payroll processing (I happily work with your payroll service to make sure the data entry is correct)
- Tax returns
- Tax advising
